Prison tools

I'm currently making a new prison server, and I need some tools.
I'm requesting,
Toothbrush 7 Damage per hit weapon
Spoon A plastic spoon that does 8 damage per hit
Taser A taser that sets you into tumble mode (Like paralysis staff)
Rasorblade on a stick 15 Damage per hit weapon
I want them scripted, not just models.

Well first off it must be a requirement for the taser to only work in minigames with incredibly short range and a long charge rate.
Otherwise no one is going to stick around your server with an abusive taser.

Taser:
- Tumbles players.
- 3 shots before recharging.
- No intermittent recharges (can only recharge after all three shots are used up)
- Any shots renders the user occupied for a few seconds while the taser is in use.
- 7 second cool-down time between shots.
This seem good?
Also, you need to add handcuffs and a handcuff key to this list.
Handcuffs:
- Will allow the user only to hold the handcuff key.
- Player cannot click/activate objects.
Handcuff Key:
- Will remain hidden somewhere on their person until activated.
- When activated, the user will be occupied for 3 seconds while they unlock themselves. After this time, they are free, and they get the handcuffs and can use them on anyone they choose. (On opposing teams)

anyway, these would be pretty fun items to mess around with I guess
