Well The chinese finger trap Dosint do anything Really and its only for 5 SEconds! And ther out Handcuff mod NEeds to be made

The finger trap stops players from moving or using items for 5 seconds.however you can throw it on the same target over and over to keep them in place

It would be a lot better. And easier. It would be a matter of changing datablock's.

Handcuffs don't keep people from moving or running away. Locking tools would be just as good.
