So I got a FORMA from the daily log-in reward and I'm crafting one from the recent event, leaving me with two. I was thinking of using one on my Excalibur to see what it'll actually do. I know it turns back the item's rank, but does it do the same thing for the mod rank? Kind of a dumb question, but I want to know everything about this before I commit to it. |

Banshee master race. The radial attack lingers for about 30 seconds, and can drain a boss to an incredibly low amount of health in that time period. |
