Woo! Just got the BROKK! This thing is amazing.
Although the BROKK skin increases the hammer's swing speed, it decreases the hammer's charge speed. That is why I added a fire rate mod to increment the charging speed, but now it's ridiculously fast.

Fury doesn't increase charge rate. There's a specific mod for that but I forgot the name.

I realized that shortly after I implemented the mod, and I wasn't directly talking about the charge rate, I was talking about the swing speed.

Oh I misread increment as increase. Neat though.
