Does anybody know this WW2 game?

ok, so i remember playing some cool ww2 game when i was younger, i think on xbox or something, and you could call in tanks and stuff, and on the cover, there was a guy in an army helmet smoking a cigar or something. i'm not sure of the name...it was sort of like mercenaries, how you could call in stuff, but i can't remember anything else...
i also remember that you could call in a flamethrower tank, i think it was called a crocodile.
