Tornado Mod And Drunk Mod

Tornado Mod
I know the tornado mod has been suggested before, but I kind of have a different idea.
I would like a tornado mod. This tornado would fakekill bricks and suck them into it, and then, after a bit, actually delete the bricks forever. It would also suck in players, and maybe shoot some debris into the air, like dirt, and stone.
The tornado can have an RTB preference, turning it on and off, and also an option to set a time until the tornado spawns.
Or, it could have a /starttornado and /stoptornado chat commands. I would really appreciate it if someone made it. I barely really want mods made, but this one is one of the mods I really want and ask for highly.

Drunk Mod
An event that would basically blur out a players screen, and make them walk slowly, and make them play random player animations, like flailing arms, shaking head, etc.
I don't really want this 100%, but it would be awesome if someone made it for me. Thanks.

This kind of blurs their screen, not exactly what he's looking for but could work.
