Because those are not SPECIAL or SPECIALBRICK type bricks. Besides 1x1x1 is just a cuboid. Easy to make in your modeling software.

Nobody would waste time coding something like that. Basic cuboid bricks like 1x1, 2x4, 8x8f etc. are literally just cubes that have been scaled. It is much easier and faster to create them from scratch in any modeling software.

Though it should be noted that the absolute size (not relative size/edge length ratio) varies depending on what exporter you intend to use.
