I was thinking, A Straitjacket, Used for making it so people can't: Click/jet, Use Items, and walk a bit slower. Like this, You click someone (in minigame) and it puts it on, and it says to the player thet got it on 'You have been put in a StraitJacket!' and the player who put him/her in, can remove it by clicking the player.
I hope this is Possible. :cookieMonster:

But a different model and effects. Like other people (same team) can pick the lock by rapidly clicking the person in it.
