I hosted several servers in the time from 2010-2012, administrated Tango's server in 2011, Glass's server in 2012, and Pecon7's server 2012 through currently.

5:00PM-1:30AM on weekdays, 8:00AM-3:30AM on weekends. Timezone is EST.

okay i have one piece of advice just based on the pictures provided (i haven't played your server recently)
running t+t2 alongside gcat's is a big mistake.
first off, you should never (exceptions are rare)
1) run two unrelated different weapon packs together (what you're doing)
2) run a weapon pack and throw in miscellaneous classic single addon weapons (just pointing out that this is a bad idea.)
3) do the above two together. absolutely horrible.
most of the time the two weapon packs won't mix well at all together and with gcat's and t+t2 this is most definitely the case.
you should run only one pack, t+t2 preferably in my opinion.

I'm thinking about shutting down the server because of low popularity. It used to get 15 players a day before I left BL for a week.
I'm going to create a new server.
