As many times as I have banned LT from my server for griefing and trolling, I'm actually going to have to agree with the people who say that you're just trying to get him banned now. Until I saw this thread I just thought of it as a cutesy avatar like any other; he likely assumed the same thing.
Believe it or not, very few things on the Internet are actually calculated moves to piss someone off or, in this case, undermine a directive from a forum admin. People do tend to act roughly the same as in real life - spontaneously, and without thought.
This can be clearly seen in the speed with which we post. One doesn't take hours to reply to a post, even though one could get away with it in this medium. People see a post and make a response in a few minutes or sometimes even a dozen seconds. We don't put heavy thought into it.
Until I see some actual proof that he's doing it on purpose, I'm going to have to give him the benefit of the doubt. He hasn't, after all, actually done anything overly bad yet (unless I've just been obliviously missing it, which wouldn't surprise me).
