Help me fix my lag :(

Also the console keeps saying " Issuing Disconnect packet " what does that mean?

Make sure that you replicate the lag issue before you post it. So run the game, wait for it to lag, then close the game and post it.
Also, are you hosting the server on the same machine you're playing on?

Go into My Computer, right click and select "Properties". It's all in there.
