Well, all joking aside (really don't want to get banned again in this topic for joking around), The only game I really regret wasting money on was Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts n Bolts.

It's in development, I mean, it's labeled EARLY ACCESS for a reason
Sure development is slow, but they have been releasing updates and it's only a studio of 3 guys. Have some patience. Like their facebook page if you want a more active place for update news.
