on topic: that decal, imo, could be anything. maybe a hobo, maybe fem-predator.              ...ahem.
point is, try to refine the decal, and make it more *fitting* with the game before you release it. but there is something to work with.

-You used a chain link fence texture for the mesh
-Nothing is transparent. Anywhere.
-Blockheads don't have huge necks, or round necks.
-Blockheads don't have round bodies.
