I meant they'd be dead. Zenith's capital was in Africa.

Zenith's new leaders will be prepared to discuss who's to blame.

Zenith recalls its entire fleet back to Earth to potentially help with rebuilding.

500 colonial cruisers would rise from the Callisto base and being flying outwards from Sol at FTL speed, seemingly searching for something.

Grunter's search has led him to explore 3 star systems, Gliese 581, 582, and 583.

HHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

The Conservatian Colonial Cruisers would immediately go to work as to colonize the planets within all three systems and would immediately send out 500 more colonial cruisers to assist in the colonization of the planets.

Enduva appears to harbor sentient life in the Industrial age...

The blue atmospheres in 581 are NOT habitable. Either too much oxygen or poisonous water (that would also be in the air)

The ships would focus upon the colonization and control of Enduva, attempting to practically swarm it.

Half of the Premein Fleet teleports to Enduva, and instantly places the planet under the influence of a time freezing field.  Admiral Tyensho of the Premein Fleet sends the Conservation Fleet a one-way message:  The TE will protect any sentient life that is discovered that is incapable of space travel.  Further approach toward the planet will result in complete annihilation.  The TE would prefer to not fire upon a civilian population.

Almost immediately, the entire massive OCS fleet teleports to Enduva, surrounding the Conservatian ships completely.  The two Leviathans and seven dreadnoughts charge their deconcentrator rays.

time freezing field
WHAT IS THIS

NO TIME TRAVEL OF ANY KIND PLEASE

I imagine its a field that slows down time to a virtual freezing point.

what is this
Part of project fishhook.  I don't want the sentients to witness an incoming invasion.  They will unfreeze it when they are done there, and will teleport away and it will seem like nothing was there.  It requires a ridiculous amount of power to sustain it, though.  (by this point in time's standards)

nope

that's just pure bullstuff. no time controlling

Then you leave me no choice but to use FH to put the colonizing force into a subspace compression field and to transport them back to Alpha Centauri.  Or I could blast them away and let the sentients go into a panic.

The station in orbit of Draddai, dubbed "Draddai 4," has been completed.  Mining colonies on the planet are under construction, while mining has already begun.
