Look, Fargo, you're a minnow compared to all the leviathans of nations.  If you're invaded, become a puppet government; it will work out a LOT better for you than if you fight it.  I don't think anyone would bother invading though because you're in a politically neutral situation- I can't image anyone here has any grudge against you.  In fact, your economy might be better off if you disbanded your military and used the support of an ally for protection.  Frankly, I don't see how you will be able to keep all that stuff maintained and be able to feed your people.

Erinaum has already colonized several asteroids  or has mining operations on them.  You know that right?

Erinaum finishes the carrier that it and Zenith were working on.  Erinaum shuttles up engineers to aid in its development.

Erinamese shuttles reach Titan.  Titan is now claimed for Erinaum and its allies.  Erinaum begins drilling for Gravitanium and methane there.

Zenith sends more engineers up to the carrier to aid in the finishing of the carrier, after which will establish a higher orbit, and continue work on the project.

Carrier completed.  Erinaum begins building colonies on asteroids.  Gravitanium production increases.  Erinaum begins construction on a series of frigates and cruisers for a space military to be assembled in the new carrier.  More carriers under construction.
