Riots are breaking out all over Lestainia, the military is brought in to help quell them. The Lestainian government says it doesn't require aid.

Some military personnel refuse to follow orders and instead join the riots, bringing with them weaponry and vehicles.

TE Measure 1485 will be sustained.  Until the Lestainian government cannot support itself and cries for help itself, then the measure is sustained.

If the current Lestainian government asks for help, then OCS may act.  It would be on Lestainia's dime, though.  TE members may agree to pay for OCS's operation in Lestainia later.

Instead of causing the Lestainians to settle down in fear for their own necks this makes them angrier, hundreds of thousands of citizens join the riots.


King Alaric is adamant that the troubles will soon be over and that no assistance will be required.

For fear that violence may spill over into Erinaum, border checks will be enforced more thoroughly.  Hundreds of thousands of refugees, wishing to stay away from the conflict, flee Lestainua.
