Aerodynamic:

I've noticed that in the new version, nobody can hear my sounds or songs unless they download them and restart BL. And yes, they checked off the Download Music, and same for Sounds. Any fixes?

You need to type for people: "Guys, please Check ON the Download Music and Download Sound."
and might it gonna work. if you using Forum or anything other songs or sounds, then guys need to check On Download Music and Download Sound.

Yes, this is a bug. People need to restart the game after downloading sounds from a server.
