new grass emitter

How's this?
(If you choose to use this, please do so sparingly (32x32 or individual 1x1 plates). Using this on small plates like 6x6 or 8x8 results in extreme grass spawning, through no conscious fault of my own :I )

Why not make second emitter that only generates half the amount of grass. And include that with the file.
