Weher was banned for not using an appropriate avatar, like it asks you to in the rules. I expect people to read and follow them. He's been unbanned but I expect better next time.

i read through all the rules and that was not made apparent. i simply forgot. not to mention the complete lack of warning that i had *WHOOPS* forgot to change my avatar! (unthinkable!)
