Lets get this straight: Revenge characters? What? Several people told me to make a new character because Terry was pretty much gone for.
 Terry was kinda forced to cut off the two milimeters of the mans flesh and skin so the bandage could be applied. Even the person OOC told me that there was not really much choice. Also a notable cause of his (nearly) death: He had a internal bleeding! He most likely would of bled out from that, his character didnt feel any pain because of the morphine and several other elements. Kyle didnt know anything until he was told what happened.

You're implying you used his OOC opinion in your roleplay. Either way, the entire hospital situation is a roleplay matter and is completely irrelevant to the ban. I don't see being unable to think of a name can cause you to create a revenge character. After being locked in jail, you roleplay killed your character and instantly created the ever-so-coincidentally arriving brother character. This isn't even considering the amount of bickering you caused before that nor your previous ban.
