Honestly, we should do the "private" and "public" systems that Bluzone used to do. If not many admins are on and can't control the noobs, make it a private day with whitelisted people only! If there are admins on who can handle the noobs, make it a public server.
This "handling of noobs" isn't really needed at all. See, the map seems way too big already for noobs to be getting anywhere on the server. They'll be repeatedly killed with bots before they can actually do anything, and at that, anybody can be considered a noob because this little 'event' system makes it so you have to be there at the right moment to be considered acceptable. This whole server doesn't seem to have any other active people other than the fanboys from the beginning; and my friend, and I aswell, have tried Winterbite multiple times. My own experience? I sat at a fire as everybody polished their guns or something, an alarm went off and zombies 'came'. Nothing happened, everybody ran away, then someone killed me with their gun for whatever reason. That's not exactly a 'friendly welcoming'. My friend accidentally walked in on two administrators of sorts typing out erotic roleplay and even building white bricks. He was banned for doing so. And no, I'm not saying "ewww love!" I'm saying, why was he banned? For interrupting something that doesnt even belong on a public server? I mean fine, go ahead now, you've whitelisted.
He was also recently banned for questioning while there were still three factions when the zombies seemed to be like zombies in DayZ. No problem, none at all. It should be the factions who are fighting eachother by now.
