What has Surgeon Simulator 2013 taught you?

Drills are a bad choice for surgery tools.
Drills cannot be turned off.
Neither can saws.
Brain surgery is a lot easier than it looks.
Surgical lasers cannot be turned off in any way.
Ambulance doors regularly fly open.
Dropping organs out the back of an ambulance or on the floor is perfectly acceptable.
