Parkinson's and Tourette's aren't a mental illness, they are two nueorological disorders. It's usually when the neurons aren't functioning correctly with Parkinson's (and it's extremely rare in children to have and teenagers), Tourette's is when the electrolytes in the brain aren't connected properly, and the right or left side of the brain (I forget) aren't functioning fully. Medical drugs are still drugs, never said they weren't but recreational usage and medical usage are TWO different things. I've been taking my medication since I was 8 and a half.
