First off, you're complaining about something I find annoying, which in a way is very similar to this thread.
Next, you're generalizing by saying "anyone" which, I personally think should only be used in a question or opinion and not in a "fact" unless the statement is obvious like: "Anyone who likes cars likes cars," or "Anyone who hasn't eaten in 205 days is dead."
