how do I talk through console?

Like this:

(username) has become Muslim (Auto)

Someone did that on Console on Tetronaughts server and I was wondering how you do it through console.

messageAll('MsgAdminForce', "\c2Joe has become Admin(Auto)");

Correct me if I'm wrong
