Question: Fallen Earth
AdinX:
Okay so I used to play fallen earth, and I actually got pretty far (somewhere around level 30). With that, I had found an excellent source of $$$, but it involved crafting on a HUUUUGE scale. Then they updated the game so that non-members could only craft ONE item at a time. Well, that kinda killed everything for me, and I went from having roughly 6 mill to $500~ at any given time.
Recently I've gone on an MMORPG spree out of sheer boredom, first trying Allods online only to realize the playerbase is pretty much dead. Then I jumped to Florensia because I love the naval combat, but then it's just loving hit and run with my ship, so I stopped that too... AVA was fun for a while, but /genericFPS. Fallen Earth is pretty much the light of my eye, but with that damn update restricting crafting, playing is a pain in the ass, as I have no money to do what I like.
THE QUESTION
Are non-members of Fallen Earth still restricted to 1 item (crafting) at a time?
AdinX:
Okay, so I've looked into the matter further, specifically right here, in the premium area, and it says that non-members get one craft slot. However, I have no way of knowing if that is up-to-date.
I really don't wanna have to buy membership with a monthly fee of $10 :I
sir dooble:
I played it regularly for a bit some months ago. Had a good time on it.
The crafting limit is as such;
Free Members can queue up 1 item for crafting at any one time.
A member who has purchased (with money) the special market currency coins [Called G1 (GamersFirst) credits] can queue up 3 items at any one time. (I don't think you have to spend any of the points on items, but I may be wrong).
Becoming a subscriber grants you access to 20, 30 or 40 queue slots, depending on the package you choose.
Once your subscription ends, I presume that the queue slots drop back down to 3.
I'm not 100% sure on that though, as I never went subscriber.
But purchasing some of their premium currency and spending them got me the 3 slots. This was like £1.99 I think for the absolute minimum necessary, compared to the £7.00~ of subscription.
3 slots aren't many though, so if you're planning on making big crafting things, it'll be very awkward.
If you're building vehicles, it's also a nuisance. Since each part takes an hour, you can end up having to return every 3 hours to start something new to craft.
If you're a subscriber and have the higher limit, you can queue them all up overnight and come back the next day, since crafting will also carry on while you're offline.

As I'm not too horribly concerned with people overpowering my crafting / way of making money, here WAS my secret:
REQUIRES LEVEL 63 GEOLOGY
Buy X scrap coal from a vender
combine with Y weak geological chemical at a ratio of 5X/Y
this produces salvaged coal, which sells for approximately 2*P (P = original ammount of money)
Sell salvaged coal (no stuff), about 10% gain PER unit
repeat process.
I had this huge number chart all figured out on my iPhone, and I had a chart of several other processes of crafting I had as backups in case the coal market tanked at any given time. I also kept emergency materials stashed in my bank account for when the market shoots up...
until the fire nation attacked update made it so I can only craft one unit at a time and salvaged coal takes like an hour or something. As I don't have a job and I'm trying to focus on grades and getting into college, I don't plan on paying. If I'm gonna pay, I should put in some serious dedication to get my money's worth, and I honestly don't wanna LIVE on the computer.
