Do you think there's some machine you input money into to make a game?
Money that goes into making games mostly goes to the people who are working on them, their equipment, and other stuff.

like oasis said, the equipment needed for this stuff can be very expensive. mocap stuff? expensive. buying an animating program? expensive. all thaaaat.

Not surprised you came up with something that dumb.
So you want them to spend the whole $400,000 on just the game? This means they will also have to have jobs to support all said things, and find a way to spend all that money on the game.
