I bet RTB just stopped tracking IDs for a while because of that IP: glitch. The IDs are in use, RTB just isn't tracking them yet. |

My guess is that some website is stockpiling BLID's sort of like Game Dujour (RIP in peace) did to sell for later use. Though 8,000 keys is a bit much. |
