| I've tried everything to get RTB to work, and add-ons, needing help! |

I downloaded the duplicator many times, and it didn't work when I dragged the file to the add-ons folder, tried the same process with different add-ons, still didn't work. I also tried downloading RTB so I could use RTB connect, doesnt work either when I dragged it into my add-ons folder. What do I do? |
