I believe okiver to be mentally ill. He has sent me several emails where he claims he has never done anything wrong and blames me for banning him as if I did it for no reason. He denies that he committed fraud despite the undeniable fact that he hijacked someones amazon credentials and purchased 8+ keys in one day in a Self Delete spamming binge on the forum. He thinks it is unreasonable that I don't give one of his keys back to him after this. Normally I would dismiss this as trolling but the earnestness and persistence of it makes me think that it is genuine delusion. The real problem is that okiver does not live in America, he lives in Denmark.
