Oh god theres so much to love in those OST's...
But probably my favorite from each OST in order is probably Frostfall/Secunda (Skyrim), Born Unto Trouble (RDR), Subwoofer Lullaby (MC), and Cradle (SK)

Final Fantasy XIII has a pretty good soundtrack.
The Binding of Isaac is up there too.
