Shadows not working on Tezunis server

I can't get shadows/shaders to work on tezunis server, I have them on very high, nothing is greyed out, they work on other servers.
Anyone know how to fix this?
Pass:
the shadows probably refuse to work with such a stuffty build.
tell tezuni to make it less stuff so shadows arent embarrassed to try and make stuff look better.
this post will probably get me banned from his server for 'forum_troll_pass'

Is it because it's indoors? Unless the build is directly touched by sunlight, no shadows will appear
