Add-On Makers are losing creativity

I rarely make weapons, mostly because I'm terrible at modeling, but also because I lack creativity to come up with a unique weapon.
I think the last time I made a weapon was back when 0002 + RTB was current, I recreated the shrink ray and expander from duke nukem 3d, and even those just reused the blaster model.
