Still your saying vehicles where not as practicable as they are now.

You have to realize that people put time and effort into map making as well though.

Kept a copy of course. I still have v19 installed to my offline computer too

I do realize that. I myself enjoyed making terrain maps, and working with Torque Constructor

Badspot could just create another Add-Ons tab on the forums that is there specifically for V19 add-ons or a tab for V21 add-ons. The current tab would be for add-ons that are compatible with both games. I admit it would be a lot of work, but it would be worth it in my opinion.
