Good programs for making blockland videos

I'm interested in making a blockland remake of something.
What would I need to make it "Filipe" quality.

You're not funny.
I'd recommend Fraps for recording and Adobe Premiere Elements/Premiere Pro or Sony Vegas for editing. Final Cut is good if you're on a mac, too, but I would personally take Premiere Pro and After Effects it (only because I've used these programs and know how to work with them). They are all probably out of price range, but eventually getting your hands on one of them and working with it will definitely help you out.

the thing is i actually went to a person's channel that sent me a random friend request to see that they did exactly what i described.

You could get one of the consumer versions of Sony Vegas, they're only about $50 compared to their professional versions that cost hundreds.
