In Finland its 112, but i have never used it. Some annoying brat kids were throwing mud at my home windows in the middle of the night so my dad called the cops. Too bad the cops came too late to teach those brats a lesson.

Well I kept rejecting the calls back so maybe I could have been someone that broke in and was like raping someone or something equally as forgeted up and was preventing them from getting to the phone
