thus, making the Blocko Kart the fastest in SPS units and the Hover Kart the slowest

also on ladios' volcano you can use the first jump to get on the volcano slope and skip the second jump without wasting time

checking the coding every single vehicle uses the exact same parent vehicle which has all the same values, none of them are faster then another one
