Can someone port or make a Day Skybox with moving clouds?

Pretty please, also this one has moving clouds and it's a clear blue skybox, I'm wondering if anyone can port it for the Environment settings

For the ground use the default stud ground with the color 0 76 0 255.

Well I was actually asking the one including the clouds that actually moves, I just want a day skybox with moving clouds

remember before v21, someone made a lego map with moving clouds. that must have been very hard.
