Here is how you can do that.

Copy paste one of the gamemodes and put it on your desktop. Make your own map. Put some zombie spawns around, and a spawnpoint too. Save it as "save". Slap it in one of the gamemodes, rename it, maybe mess with the description, and you're all good.
