Also, again, I tested in minecraft and looked for anything unusual, nothing unusual in minecraft.

Have you checked on any other server? Unlimited mining always has these errors because of all the edges leading into a void.

Just went to tezunis and everything was fine.
Thank god, i thought my graphics card was stuffting itself and dying already.

This is due to floating point precision breaking down as you get further away from the origin. The mining mode starts at some ridiculous height like 150,000 units so it is all spastic looking.
