It was kind of clever for them to try to target bronies though.

the original page was deleted entirely. from what I remember reading on the page is that some guy got the kids pictures off his twitter and made a mock up name and acted handicapped. eventually the kid and his parents saw it and it was taken down upon request

it further goes to show that most kids get bullied for doing handicapped stuff and that it's usually provoked in some way.
