It's worse with storm legion, NPC's generally don't give you Kill x amount of x quests, Because almost every monster automatically gives you a quest to kill x amount of them when you kill one. |

They don't count as quests and they give you a special currency for items though. Plus none of this is needed. There's more zone in storm legion then you can level though. |
