There will be one or 2 weapons in vents. And yes they will craft in there cells. And if a guard kill if they seem them crafting, then its a kick because they aren't suppost to know they are crafting...

But prisoners shouldn't be allowed to craft anything but nonlethal tools because it's a loving maximum security prison. I dont know what prison youve been to but prisoners aren't automatically equipped with the necessary things for making weaponry.

That's why they call them makeshift. Im thinking of making a place were you can get bullets or not. They might not be added in thought. but prisoners can craft a bit easily and the wepons kill in 2 hits or 4 hits. combine that with 2 prisoners. one guard=dead.

You're ignoring my point that a modern prison is not going to have crafting tables with fancy buttons. If you're going to implement a crafting system, make a wood working room that is rarely guarded and then you'll have my interest.

Lemonade:

I was thinking of that too, but the problem is, is that people woukld find there is a crafting in the wood working, and they would puppy guard. and in modern prison, a woodworking place is way more guarded. And guards are required to imagine that the crafting is not there, that they are crafting secretly in the beds.
