Windows icon replacement

How do I make it on windows, I pin my BL launcher to the taskbar, it makes a whole new blockland icon thing?
I click the BL launcher, it launches then it creates the blockland window but there is a whole new button on the taskbar that is the exact same thing.
Subpixel:
I made a new icon that actually has different sizes and not just the same image squashed by windows.
I can't get a picture of it on the taskbar cause I can't figure out how to change the exe's icon :(

even if you do change the icon via resource hacker or some other tool the launcher will just replace it
you could only change the launcher icon
