"Use" keybind

We should have a keybind that activates bricks while we have a weapon in our hand, like HL2 and that stuff.

We already have this. Try pressing Paint key while painting is disabled.

That doesn't activate bricks though, right?

It's the exact same function, so of course bricks are activated.
