What is wrong with it? Is it possible to fix without re install? (Important build saves I can't lose.)

You will not lose any saves because this is a problem with your launcher, not your actual copy of Blockland.

I think there's a problem with your cache.db though.

Rename cache.db to oldcache.db and if it works delete it
