Per Admin Limits

Per Admin limits allows you to set a certain limits for, say, bot holes for admins, so you can set a lower limit for players.

e.g Per Admin limit for bots: 20
Per player limit: 2

This also applies to lights and emitters.

This prevents abuse of lights, bot holes, and emitters that will crash the FPS.

TL;DR Be able to set the limits for bot holes, emitters, and lights lower/higher for admins

This applies to bot holes, lights, and emitters, if I didn't make that clear in the post, the option to set the limits for admins would appear below the max limit for players.
