Wait why would you even make it so that you would have to install the game from a disc that is absolutely handicapped.

Its a console, not a PC.

This is going to be a serious plus to the PC world.
Both the PS4 and Xbox are going to be using one of AMD's 8 core processors, the Xbox using one built by microsoft.
This could get games into an era where they will actually use all 8 cores, increasing the usefulness of quad through eight core PC processors.
