Fill Printer

Someone else just posted a request topic for this and locked it because the multi-tool exists, but I think there should be something separate

I don't use the multi-tool for several reasons-

* It has all sorts of features I don't really care for and I don't want to get it just for the fill-printer feature

* I've never seen anybody else using it on their servers and I have no idea if it's buggy or if it conflicts with other add-ons or if it even works
* I'd have to constantly switch modes to get it to work the way I want it to

I'd like a Fill Hammer and a Fill Wrench.

No because a fill hammer would destroy bricks of only the same color right?
