im loving sick of my games crashing

alright thats it. i cannot take it anymore, my games crash to desktop for no reason.
garrysmod
attempting to switch from one map to another and then touching an object with the physics gun will Crash the game and it will go back to desktop with no error. this pisses me off HARD
in the half life 2 maps if i play story on 5-6 maps the next map loaded will crash.
Gta iv EFLC
i mostly play Tbogt. so i installed both Gta iv trainer (i do not use trainer online, i play offline in gta iv because i have the trainer) and red dead desert
attempting to spawn a lot of Npcs with the trainer will crash the game. when there is a lot of npcs around me in Tbogt the game does not lag at all. this is ridiculous
going on these bridges and then looking right can crash the game due to red dead desert being huge:
sometimes the game crashes at random.
Simcity 4
the game crashes for no reason sometimes when zooming out of a big city
half-life 1 (DOES NOT CRASH)
half life 1 does not crash how ever sometimes half life 1 sends me back to the main menu just because there is another application running in the back ground.
ALL games listed (except half life 1) crash back to desktop with NO error. What the forget is going on?

its nothing to do with that. i play other games fine with no problems, like CS:GO, tf2, half life 2,etc.
just those games in op crash.

Err... it kinda does have to do with that. Oh yeah, and Garry's Mod is an incredibly buggy game, so expect it to crash sometimes. Another thing, spawning enough NPCs in ANY game will cause the game to crash.
